Swim Programs:

Our private Learn To Swim Lesson Program offers 1-on-1 attention with an experienced swim instructor who will teach your child the basic swimming strokes with a focus on safety, in and around pools. These lessons are available daily and run for 30 minutes.

Group swim lessons allow participants of all ages to discover the pleasures and benefits of swimming at their own pace while encouraged by others within the group. Maximum of eight children per class (except Tadpoles).

Our partnered competitive swim team, Jersey Wahoos, is an award- winning competitive swim team practicing at our location.

Endless Pool

You can use aquatic exercise to improve heart health and build muscle. Land-based exercise can cause high-impact strain. But water naturally provides buoyancy, which takes the pressure off joints while providing 360-degree resistance for a total-body workout every time. All ages. All abilities. All stages of life. Having anytime-access to a refreshing, stimulating, invigorating aquatic routine puts fitness within reach in so many ways and for so many people. Endless Pools®  provide ideal environments for exercise with added core resistance. You can boost your experience with the versatility of our underwater treadmill. With our Underwater Treadmill, your experience expands to include more opportunities for weight loss, rehab, pain management, and cross-training. If you have arthritis, back problems, or any chronic pain, this could make a huge difference in how you feel.

Physical therapists swear by it for surgical rehab, pain-free exercise, and gait training. Gyms love it for recovery workouts and cross-training.

The water adds hydrostatic pressure to facilitate faster recoveries. With our Underwater Treadmill, you can get as vigorous a workout as you choose. You can amp the physical challenge up even further by combining the treadmill motion with a resistance current. In all, you can provide yourself with the rigor of a challenging cardiovascular workout without the negative side effects you would experience in a traditional workout setting.
