With 4 years of experience as a personal trainer, I have worked with clients in a variety of areas, including postpartum and prenatal fitness, strength building, and muscle toning. As a mom to a 5-year-old girl, I’m passionate about leading by example and showing her the importance of taking care of ourselves. My passion for fitness started at a young age when I realized how much better life can be when you prioritize your health. I’m currently studying nutrition at Rowan University to expand my knowledge and further support my clients’ goals. In addition, I own a small meal prep business where I create healthy and convenient meal options to help others stay on track with their nutrition.
